How Much Time Will I Need Per Week?
We asked our top performing clients how much time they spent and it's an average of about 4 hours per week. This includes all your planning, preparation, shopping, cooking, exercise and coaching calls.
What if I need help in the program?
Our Coaches are here for you every step of the way. Our team are available for any questions you have in the program via your private Facebook group every day. Plus you'll also get your personal weekly 1 on 1 coaching phone call. So there is literally endless amounts of support to ensure you succeed. We're not just some run-o-the-mill dieting program. We're real and we're with you every step of the way, unlike those other "online" programs.
When can I start?
Due to the extremely high demand for the program, and considering our coaches only have a limited amount of time each week to give to each client, there may be a waiting list. But rest assured if your application is approved, we will always try and get you started right away. Waiting lists are common and your coach will let you know exactly when you can join the program and what the best start date is for your needs.
