Who Said You Can’t Eat Muffins And Lose Weight?
Try These Quick & Easy Banana Protein muffins.
*This recipe makes more than enough to freeze some for later in the week
What You Will Need…
1 Cup Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Egg Whites
2-3 scoops of plain or vanilla protein powder
Almonds and Walnuts
Pumpkin seeds finely chopped
Dash of baking powder
Dash of natural vanilla essence to taste if needed.
What You Need To Do…
- Blend all ingredients together (use a high powered blender) until a smooth consistency is achieved (you may need to add a little more liquid and pulse at the beginning to really get the ingredients to mix)
- Pour into muffin tray and cook on 180 degrees celcius for approximately 20 minutes or until the top is light brown.
