Recently I had gotten a bit bored of my regular breakfast smoothies and wanted to try something a little different.
So after some searching & trialling, I’ve got another really cool recipe for you to try!
These are really quick and easy to make. Plus they’re healthy, and tasty too!
You can make a lot of variations to these, and also add different things like oats or quinoa, a variety of different seeds and nuts like almonds, brazil nuts, pumpkin seeds and you can even mix the fruits up a little 🙂
Chia Breakfast Parfaits
Serves – 3 – 4 (just double if you want more) Prep time – 10 minutes Cooking time – 0 minutes
Combine the raspberries, strawberries, banana and honey in a bowl. Crumble the walnuts into smaller pieces and add the bowl. Toss lightly to combine.
Layer the fruit mix, alternately with the yoghurt and chia seeds in four glasses or bowls to serve.
