Honey Pork & Vegetables

Introducing – Honey Pork And Vegetables
Serves – 4 (just double if you want a bigger batch)
Prep time – 20 Minutes
Cooking time – 5 minutes
What You Will Need…
- 375 grams of pork fillets, cut into thin strips
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 1/4 cup/60 ml of worcestershire sauce
- 15 grams of butter
- 2 zucchinis, cut into thin strips
- 1 cucumber, cut into thin strips
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds, toasted
- Step 1
Combine pork, honey and worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Toss. Then let it marinade for 15 minutes. Drain the reserve ‘excess’ marinade.
- Step 2
Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add reserved marinade. Cook, stirring, until marinade thickens. Add pork, stir fry for 3 minutes or until pork is tender.
- Step 3
Arrange zucchini, cucumber and red pepper on serving plates. Top with pork mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
